I got a new SVT-40 from a crate non used from 1943 no refurbished parts or etc just all original but probally every once in a while the rifle will fire in full auto aka not release the trigger It is very random most times it will not do it but it does have the chance doesnt seem to matter if i use original mags or replica mags that I had to mill

Doesn't jam or misfire during the full auto tho operates cleanly but anyone else had this happen with theyre unmodified svt-40

I would do a complete disassemble and clean to the bolt, firing pin, and trigger assembly before you attempt to fire it again.

never heard the term slam fire even when i was in the CDF but after it last did it I did remove a (extremely small) cartridge fragment from the piston rod. Taking it out to the range today to make sure its been remedied Already did full inspection and cleaning from last time at the range

i know how to clean it lol don't worry bout that but today went well for a pile of rounds.

Pretty simple to ID a FA trigger group vs not.. And I'm willing to bet the rifle gets gummed up and slam fires.. I have had my svt double on me a couple times after a few hundred rounds in a session

I can't find your ad on the EE.

Without joking, this is not good. One of the reasons we PROVE our guns before we put them down. Sorry for your defective product.

Unless your rifle is really really dirty and gummed up, which could also cause the slam fire issue, then your rifle needs more gas going to the piston. Try adjusting your gas setting to the next larger opening and give it a try. You should be able to hold the rifle at hip level and fire, and it should fire, extract and load properly without doubling or trippling.
If all the working parts are in good condition, then 99% of the cycling issues with gas adjustable semi auto's is in the gas adjustment itself.

To the OP clean regularly, and document any time you have reliability issues.

If it keeps happening: look for a pattern.

If it stops happening: keep up the good cleaning work!
