Delayed Shipping?

Hey CanAm,

I ordered a few products from your website on June 21st and on the 24th I received an email stating that payments were processed and received but have yet to receive any notice on when my items would be shipping. I sent you an email last week and have not yet received a reply, so I figured I'd ask here. Approximately when can you expect my order to be shipped?

Also a good question for CANAM is,"how is your new doubled staff performing? Have they all stuck around?" It seems that the speed of charging credit cards has improved since new hires +1 for vendors but the shipping time improvement has not been noticed at all, and seems to be on the same pace as before. Even with the 1911 + ammo rush is over too. I also ordered June 25, and still no signs of improved shipping times. Just confused, how bad is the new staff, that there is no improvement on shipping time? -1 customers no improved shipping time
 
shipping out was never the issue, processing into the accounting software is. We are working on that.

We added staff so we can get back to answering phones, etc.
 
Also ordered some ammo for a range day this weekend after being told canam were the people to talk to, money was taken right away but no info on shipping my order...

Hello Good Sir, what accounting software are you using? Perhaps there are some insights that can be offered to help you with that issue. Ideally, that should be one of the easier parts of the transactions.

Thanks for clearing up the confusion, my bad. Will there be any changes to the two week shipping after purchase anytime in the near future? If not I'm ok with it, it's all good, but you should reflect that on your site. "2 weeks to ship after purchase", I say this so, new customers that aren't surprised and upset and might come back and buy again, I'm sure some do, but some prob don't.
 
Just received my items today, no shipping notice was ever emailed. I appreciate the little extras added to the package. :) <3

Edit: I got a shipping notice about two hours after I checked the mail, haha.

Just got the little card on the door yesterday sayin that the crate of 7.62x39 is here and gave the Canpar dude a call to set up a delivery time for tomorrow. It was a month and change but I am not really concerned as I know Can-Am got a lot going on plus I have a truck load of patience.Wild baloney is in season now in N.B so I will be doing some fancy eatin this weekend!I am so excited it makes me want to wear my shorty pants!
