SU-16 grouping w/ Norinco surplus 100+ yds?

Have shot a bunch of Norinco (60 rounds or so) through my gun but at 50yds. Just wondering what you guys are getting at 100+ yds? Yes I know it's cheap surplus and not reloads with good bullets. Would 3" at 100yds be average with good glass and good shooting? I would laugh if 1.5" is doable consistantly.

I have not shot my SU 16 yet, but I have hand loaded some shells with H335 and 50 and 55 gr bullets proved to be accurate in a bolt rifle, also have Norc FMJ ammo in yellow boxes and some Remington UMC FMJ cheapo stuff from Cabelas so we'll see tomorrow. I did not like the sights, so I have an AR flashhider on the muzzle and a Leupold 2x7x33 compact scope in QD mounts.
Sure is a nice light little gun, best of all it's Non-restricted so I can use it on gophers and coyotes. How do they stand up to a lot of shooting? Not many around from what I can gather.
 
Best I did with issued ammo ( IVI 5.56mm 55g ) or factory non match grade stuff is near 2" @ 100 meters.
 
At 50 yards I did a three quarters inch group with the cheap buckhorn factory sights, using bulk 56gr Golden Tiger.

I was actually there to do some shooting with some pricey 5.56mm rifles.
I must have had the horseshoe up my backside, since my friends have never let me live it down.
