cz858 lined barrel?

i have a cz858 non-restricted . My question is , do all cz's have a lined barrel, as in a rifled , liner,insert that is put into the barrel to make-up the actual barrel it self. I thought that the barrel should be more like my sks , with the rifling cut into the barrel. This is the first time I have notice the way the barrel was built. Is it normal ? Was it made this way to save weight, or save money in the manufacturing of a longer barrel for the smaller Canadian market.

I may be wrong but chrome lined bore aren't actually lined. In chrome bore, the rifling is cut than the bore is chrome plated. Bore to be chromed are made a little over size to have the correct finished dimension once the chroming is done. On a non chrome 858, the bore is made to the correct dimension and that's it, no chrome plating,probably to save cost.
