Hi everyone, just wanted to share with you my experience with Wanstalls...

First I got very great advices from Gary and then Daniel took over to finalize the sale (again with fast and extremely polite responses to my numerous emails).

For me it is an expensive item and I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about the condition of the gun (as I am quite a perfectionist when it comes to my guns !!!)

Let's just say tat the package arrived in satisfactory delays and in mint condition (exactly as it was shipped to them from the factory - which I appreciate a lot).

I was also happy to see that Wanstalls inserted a copy of a firearms magazine and some targets (Cool !!)

Finally, I am taking the time to write this as I am extremely happy with the sales process. I live in Montreal and let me tell you that we do not have the same fast, polite and devoted service that Wanstalls is providing...

Thanks again Gary & Daniel and I am looking forward to do business again with you guys !

Regards,

Christian.

Congrats of the gun! How long did it take to get the gun from the time you placed to the time it arrived at your door? I am thinking about buying my first handgun from them and was just wondering how long the process takes for a restricted gun.

wayupnorth: I would like to post pictures but I am new to this forum and it says that I am not authorized to post attachments. What do I need to do in order to be able to post attachments ?

dono18: I ordered the gun on Friday July 5th, got shipped on July 15th and received it on July 22nd. Please keep in mind that it shipped from BC and I live in Montreal.

Good lookin' gun!
Glad to see the boys threw in targets & a Calibre magazine as well. You'll enjoy the read. Henry @ Budget Shooter Supply threw the first two issues of those in with an order I made & I wrote the mag & got info where I could get them. Have fun shootin'!

beautiful R8!

my dad is waiting for his to come in.
i think he went with the 327 R8, so little different barrel then yours.

still a damn nice looking gun!

Hi Gary, I will wait a bit for the Korth as it is quite expensive ! Do you guys plan to have some in stock in the near future ?

Yes they are pricey!!! We had ordered a small handful for the store as we were a little uncertain of the demand for a $9000+ revolver but we've sold all but one site unseen even before they have arrived. We have one coming (hopefully) by September. I believe the one left is a Korth Classic 6" .357 hi polished blued. We will be making another order!

Gary

I wish the Performance Center still used the metal cases for their products. It really added to the whole experience of owning one. Never the less that is an awesome looking revolver. Have fun with it!

I shot a Korth once at a gun club in Europe. I have not shot many different types of revolvers but dam was the action ever fluid. The tolerances and craftsmanship was off the charts. The gentleman that owned the Korth said his Python equaled or was slightly more accurate than his Korth.
