And it look like this

Kelly Timoffee, I am awaiting an MPOD this September. How do you find shooting from it versus a Harris style bipod?

I have sent an e-mail to LRA 2 years ago. No response at all.

Still a new rifle/pod set up so haven't shot it much BUT in comparison to the Harris which I have used for years on different rifles there is lots of stability difference.

It feels solid and despite it's light weight it is extremely strong , you don't feel the strength until you actually assembly it and instal it on the rifle and manipulate it.Even just sitting by itself and playing with it and trying to tip it or tilt it , it does seem to want to just stay flat and solid.

The Harris, well, in the field for packing with your rifle it is tough to beat but prone/bench/target there is no comparison.

It honestly goes with the XLR like "peas and carrots".

Here is a better view of the profile:

Assuming that when using the MPOD that no additional technique is required? Such as when using a Harris and needing to "preload" the legs?

I believe that the only thing that shooters are doing, IIRC is that they are using is chunk of pile carpet or something that allows the feet to slide freely under recoil or adjustment/movements during setup and getting comfortable.

Again I haven't shot much with this setup yet to be able to give definitive results.
