I just wanted to show my new toy that I just got. Big thanks to Questar for getting it in for me! Also its my first handgun :D I did allot of research before going with the SIG. I haven't had the change to go to the range waiting on a ATT. What a nice pistol! Fit and finish is WOW. :sok2

Less talking more pics! I don't have a fancy camera only the one on my phone... So enjoy!

Ummm, WOW that is beautiful! How much if you dont mind asking. I want a Sig but didn't know which one to get. Does this have the SRT trigger?

Hey Man -

Yep - the SIG p226 TAC-OPS is the jewel of the p226 series (IMHO of course). I ordered mine chambered in .40 cal.

It has all of the goodies - the SRT, SIGLITE Night Sights, TRUGLO Tritium Fiber Optic front sight - and yet few people seem to know about it (likely the price tag, I guess ...)

Apparently the TAC-OPS is the re-named Blackwater - SIG's attempt to distance themselves from the company after that company's bad press a few years ago ..

Regardless - incredible pistol - congrats dude!

Thanks guys for the kind words.

I wanted a P226 but there is like a million choices! So i went with something that screamed #### YEAH! This TACOPS is it:evil:

I got in 9mm if your wondering.

Very nice. When I get a Sig, that's the exact one I want. It has all the features I'm looking for in a Sig.... Beavertail grip, forward serrations, "magwell", SRT, night sights, rail, so jealous....

So how is it in. 40sw, I generally hate the. 40sw due to snappy recoil but how is it in this pistol?

Thanks! Thats the reason i bought it. The TacOps has everything you need. Too bad about the 20 rounds mags being pinned...

So I finally got a chance to shoot the TacOps and all I can say is HOLY S**T this P226 is FANTASTIC!!!! I mainly used Blazer brass in 115gr fmj and it just worked all the time. No issues with the four mags that came with it but whoever did the pinning didn't do a good job. I put a picture just to show you guys and ladies.

I think that this pistol is way more accurate then me. I didn't save my target but I put 5 bullets in 1 inch at about 25yards! Not bad considering its my first time shooting this P226. But here is picture of me :D

I had to wait what seemed like a eternity for that ATT. :bsFlag:
