AT-15 Pistol Magazine

ran some of these mags for 3 gun, all functioned fine and no issue's.... dropped them on concrete with no visable damage, when dropped on concrete a round or two will pop out if there are any in the magazine (not sure if this is common with other mags), shooting fairly rapid with no problems.

overall compared to the LAR magazines i find these ones to appear to be better manufactured and being only about 2 inches shorter then a standard 30 rnd USGI rifle these ar made for the shooting sports or anything that a chest rig would be used..... i was using a standard kydex double mag pouch and mags fit fine.

magazines fit fine in my daniel defense mk18 with no modifications.
 
Sold off 6 - 5/30 round - steel/pmags and ordered 3 AT-15 a few weeks back. Out at the range today, ran 140 rounds, all 3 functioned fine - no mods required. Very impressed - right look - great product ! (Was using a stock Stag Arms) Nice to buy a Canadian Product for a change. Good job ATR.
 
Doesn't look like they work on the VZ-58 in 5.56 with the mag well adapter. Tried with one and had to cut a chunk out of the back to keep it from pressing up on the bolt-hold-open. Feed lips are also too close for the VZ bolt, so filed them back some so the bolt could get past, but still having problems. Haven't tried on the range yet.
 
Just got 2 today. Looks nice, well made, can seat in closed bolt with 10 rounds in. If they shoot well this weekend I'm definitely gonna get a few more!

Gotta say they look very good!

Could someone repost pictures on where to trim the mag catch? The threads been deleted and the pictures removed... These do not function very well with my AeroPrecision lower, seat fine on an open bolt but won't seat in a closed bolt (empty mag or full) and will not fully drive into battery when loaded.

I have trouble finding old posts as well on this site, it's annoying. Search tool is incredibly awesome in it's failure, so when people say use the search tool, thats just dumb...
