I didn't want to hijack the RCBS customer service thread, so I will start one here. I recently bought a Hornady Auto Charge powder dispenser from one of our sponsoring dealers here and the transformer/power cord was defective right out of the box. I tested it with my multi meter and it was dead. Next day, instead of bothering the dealer about it, I phoned Hornady and explained the problem and they sent me out a new one, which arrived in about 8 days.Overall great customer service and the Auto Charge works great also.

I've had problems in the past with loading dies. They sent replacement parts free of charge, no shipping.

I've got that, too.

I sent the whole machine in once and had to pay freight.

But if it's just a call in problem with your reloading tools, it's always been no charge.

I've had some problems with my LNL AP....hornady has all but sent me a new press to get things right. Even sent a whole new subplate which they usually sell to the guys looking for the EZ-ject system. Stood behind their product as far as I'm concerned.

having said that, I could not get them to admit their shellplates had a QC problem, though I eventually received one with the specs I needed (by chance I think)

My Hornady story.....

Bought 4 cans of One Shot case lube and none of them had any propellant in them. The lube would just dribble out. I sent Hornady a quick e-mail to ask if anything can be done because returning them to the store wasn't really an option. One week later four brand new cans showed up at my front door via UPS. No charge. Gotta love customer service like that :)
