I have a Lee challenger breech lock press mounted to my bench, I sealed up the priming arm slot with JB Weld and the press has only ever seen Redding universal decapping dies. Keeps all the grit out of my real presses as I deprime before SS tumbling! I have a few sets of Lee dies as well, but haven't used them in many years as I replaced them all with other brands, or they were inherited in some way or another.
My first post was a poke a bitumen because I know how much he dislikes Lee products and makes sure he tells us all, regularly. Lol
I never said I hated Lee products, just prefer other brands. If I was poor, or a cheap SOB, Lee would be ideal! As for the real press comment, the lee challenger is a very very light duty aluminum press, it's not smooth, the ram isn't in perfect alignment with the die threads, and has considerable deflection when sizing brass. However once modified made a perfect depriming station.
With all that being said, Lee has some great products not offered anywhere else, the collet dies, once you finish them, are a handy tool to have. I use them or K&M mandrels.

Looks like a good handy setup bud and crazy tidy as well but I bet it's a little different once reloading starts. Also I'm a bit insulted by the Lee comments guys
I do my best to keep the bench tidy. The storage under the bench is helpful for stuff like brass, bullets, dies, reloading trays, etc.
Bitumen - please tell us why Lee is so crappy. I don't see it in my equipment. Everything works just as it should.
Maybe I am too new too the game or don't load nearly enough calibers to see the faults. Only load about a half dozen different cal's and probably 12 guns which is really nothing. 4 of those are 204's.
I probably only loaded about 800 -1000 rifle rounds this year so far....
Don't load pistol or shotgun either.
So I am certainly not burning up the press for sure.
I do have to say though not one of those guns shoot my hand loads over 1" if the shooter does his part.
I am always curious when folks have such a strong opinion on a certain brand. They usually have good reason....
