It's easy. This is how I explain it:
If you really want to be a pedantic c_nt, sit on your basement and bash out messages correcting strangers on the internet. It's a great use of time.
If you've got better things to do & realize that everyone can tell the difference between a clip and a magazine based on context, don't.
See? Simple!
(This was decided at Clipapalooza 2012 when a bunch of us got TDC and st90210 all in a froth & realized that the only people who cared about the whole clip/magazine thing were also the ones with waaaaaaaay too much time on their hands.)
No it shows a blatant ignorance to proper terminology reguarding two completely objects
Magazine =loaded with ammunition (not bullets) then inserted into firearm to load said firearm
Clip=used to load a magazine with ammunition
Has nothing to do with being a "c_nt" their two different things its like the media calling your sks a high capacity russian assualt rifle or your bolt action .308 passed down through your family a sniper rifle.

As for your first point, I'd don't think they will last a full season before it's taken off the air.

UPDATE - Response from Location Snap Shots inc. - Emailed them on a Sunday, positive response the same day. If that is not good service, the only other way would be to qualify it of excellent!

Same issue with my front sight, Snapshots said just mail the slide to them and they will replace the sight under warranty and send it back. They also said this is a pretty common problem with the SR1911 and recommended replacing the sight with the Ruger fiber optic steel front sight for better reliability long term.
I bought the fiber optic sight from them ($49.95 + shipping) and installed it myself, but would not recommend this unless you have the tools and skills to hand fit the sight. It is not a simple drive in drive out procedure. Send the slide in, pay the coin, and put a sight on that will last.

This reminds me I need to contact Snapshot.....I discussed getting a small screw for a Rossi Ranchand with them(they are also Rossi's agent in Canada). After a long discussion with many emails and a phone conversation it was determined that they could get the screw I needed but they had no idea when or how long it would take........ at this point I'm not sure if I'm waiting in vain or if the part is on order?
This screw was broken when I bought the gun new so definitely a warranty issue and Rossi USA told me if they could they would ship it for free right away but since they can't I have to pay Snapshot to get a screw and wait until they have enough of an order to make it worth their time.
