Mags Keep Falling Out

Got a problem guys. On my AR when I insert a loaded mag and hit the bolt catch lever, the first round goes into battery, but the mag falls back out. I'm not slamming in the mag, but giving it an adequate amount of force to get it engaged with the mag catch and I've even given it a tug in the reverse direction after insertion to make sure it's engaged to the mag catch. But 80% of the time, after the BCG slams shut, out goes the mag. All the mags look ok and the mag catch also looks ok. Is there anyway to adjust the magazine catch so that it engages the magazine a bit more ?

I think the mag spring is too tight, load just 9 rounds instead of 10 and see if that helps.

Push the mag release button in and spin the magazine lever clockwise once or twice to tighten it up.

Try pushing it in using a pencil - you want the button flush

I spun the mag lever in 1 turn and so far it seems better when using dummy rounds. Thanks a bunch for the fix guys. BTW, the mags were falling out regardless if I had 2, 3, 5, or 10 rounds in. I'll let you know if the problem is solved after the next visit to the range.
