girsan compact with rail

So the pistol arrived in a nice timely manner, service for this transfer was great. Unfortunately the one I received wasn't the one that is pictured, its an all black model. Someone may want to update that pic to avoid confusion as I thought I was ordering the black/white with rail as shown. Not losing any sleep over it, ill keep it as its fine....just not what I ordered or was expecting.

I just got one of these, same deal. I thought I was buying a two tone gun. It did not come with the stainless slide as in the item's upside down picture. Not sure what is going on there.

But I am very happy with the gun anyway. I just shot 125 rounds out of it today. Its accurate and fed everything reliably, even big hollow points.

I would like to find some grips for this gun that have a bit more grip to them though. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I had the same complaint and found that Hogue Beretta grips work fine with the Compact Girsan. I bought some of the rubber panel grips and they make quite a difference.
 
Good to hear! I just bought a used set of Hitzy who found them too thick.

A good bargain! But now that its established that beretta grips fit, I could consider coughing up the $$$ for a set of VZ grips for this gun if I too find these too thick.
 
Just an FYI for fitment.

I just installed hogue grips for an M92, M92 grip screws and an OEM Beretta Elite hammer with no hiccups whatsoever.

The hammer pin fits very tight in the frame. At first I wasn't sure I was doing it right because I was being too gentle.

So for, everything is just like a real Beretta.
