Your pricing looks pretty good. I was looking for a green chevron 3.5 and ended up ordering one from South of the border a couple of hours before your post... which will end up costing me more with the shipping I think.

Can you even export that from the US without an import/export permit?

If anyone wants a special order etc just let me know. I'm usually running about an 8 week turn around time for special orders.

I'm also open to suggestions on what to bring in.

I hadn't seen the 1.5X and 2X models before--they look really good. A bit more magnification than a 1X RDS like an RMR or Aimpoint, but still compact and lightweight. I hate the idea of taking a light, handy carbine and putting a 1 pound (or more) optic on it.

All rifle optics are ITAR controlled...

Not necessarily. Optics are controlled under the U.S. Department of commerce IIRC, and MOST that are "dual purpose" can be exported with only minor paperwork, and thusly some companies from the U.S. will do the export for you; Brownells for example.

Military optics (and there are several things that classify an optic as a military optic; such as the retical and turrets, or an optic that is actually issued to the Military and has an NSN stock number) ARE ITAR controlled, and require more paperwork to fill out, similar to what is needed for rifle barrels or muzzle brakes etc... But there are not THAT many optics that are NSN serialized.
