I would like to know what scopes and rings (height of) that are being used on Sako 85 long action rifles which do not cause ejection problems, because of the spent cartridge case hitting the scope. I am curious to know from actual user experience what works and does not work specifically with the long action Sako 85, since I understand from posts that Beretta recommends the high rings for the long action Sako 85, so if this is necessary it would seem to make sense to use a scope with a 50mm objective lens or larger.

I have a sako 85 7mm rem mag with a leupold vx3 4.5-14x40 scope and im using leupold low rings. no ejection issues for me
I spoke with a sporting goods shop owner today who has a Sako 85 long action in 2506 with Zeiss Conquest scope in low rings and he had no issues with the ejection. He told me the issues only tend to occur with the long action with certain 30mm scopes with the cartridge case hitting the windage turret and is not problem with 1" scopes.
