Any welders in WPG or surrounding areas who will work for beer??

Hey all,

The pin in my SKS magazine fell out last year while shooting, it has been sitting on the shelf since. I was wondering if anyone in WPG or surrounding areas would be able to weld it back on for me (for Free)...
I'll bring the beer and we can talk guns.....Let me know if anyone feels like being a great citizen today and helping out a fellow CGNer!! I live in South St.Vital

Just make sure the beer comes out AFTER the welding.

Did you consider JB weld ?
That stuff is freakin awesome.......and cheaper than beer

I know nothing about welding,, I paint, carve wood and tend to my veggie garden...and love to shoot guns...Ill look into it...THX

This might be an option, depending on how your gun was pinned. You might also be able to JB a small piece of steel pipe into the bottom of the magwell if reattaching the pin isn't feasible. Get that fixed up ASAP, you can get in ca ca for just having it lying around.

It was frankenpinned.....damn thing just fell off.. now I have a hole in the bottom of the mag, I still have the pin itself....

as for welding I may be able to help you out I'd likely tig weld it , but I really busy at the moment.
