Red Dot for Ruger 10 22 (also double for other guns - SKS)

Any suggestions for a red dot site to mount on a Ruger 10 22? Even better if it can double for use on other guns (e.g. SKS).

I have a vortex sparc and vortex strikefire. Both I would recommend. The sparc is about half the size so it is worth paying the extra $30 over the strikefire.

Ill be the 5th to say bushnell TRS 25! Such a great affordable optic! 12 gauge slugs? No problem

Edit: I USED to own the vortex strike fire.... Key word is used to... I guess that's words though (plural)...

It would be cheaper in the long run to just peep your SKS if hical still has Tech sights available. For your 10/22, definitely TRS-25 or if you're feeling adventurous, go with Visionking 1.25-5x. Can be used as a reflex sight at 1.25 (both eyes open) and you can zoom it in for a bit of long distance fun but it would be adding quite a bit of weight (half a kilo as opposed to 180g).

I have them mounted them on a Glock 34 in a Roni kit , M-305 and a 10-22 (sold it) , Works great on all of them
Really good red dot for the price , long batt life as well .

I'm using a Bushnell TRS25 on my 10/22 as well.

I know I'm going to get some hate on this one. I picked it up last year for 49 bucks at CT and put it on my Take down 10/22. It's held zero since I sighted it in and I haven't adjusted it since. Not bad seeing as I take down the gun and store it in the bag after every use.
