A big thanks to Larry and all the others for all their hard work. Had a awesome time. Rob H

Larry put on an amazing match. Probably the single best I've seen in BC, ever. Dude is an evil genius when it comes to stage design

(I edited my original post as my phones spellchecker truly screwed it up)

I think you are partly right Rob; Larry designed an awesome match but unfortunately a lot of his design didn't make it from the paper to the range, for whatever reason.

Once the match got under way we lost a really nice stage.....again for whatever reason.

Too bad. Never-the-less it was a good match and I had a ton of fun :)

from what I understand there were a few mechanical issues with some of the targets that prevented them from making it into the match, as well as concerns about how they'd work in the rain that was forecast. The stage that got tossed was because of a loose bolt that allowed the swinger to swing on the axle and not stop the same every time like it would if the axle did the swinging (at least that's how it was explained to me). A shame, but a proper call as it didn't present the same challenge to everyone.
I'd say this match is one of the, if not the, most technically challenging matches I've seen in BC (of course I haven't seen them all this year), yet I heard some people thought it looked easy at first. Lol, they found out it wasn't when you looked at scores. I don't think I've seen so many misses and PT's.
