Been trying to finish off my accessory list for reloading tools, and man, I tell you what a hassle to get people
to take my money. One store has this, the other has that, the one that sold me my Hornady L&N bullet puller not only doesn't carry the collets, they couldn't even order them. I sure with there was an online haven that could stock all brands instead of the current hodge podge that we have now. I know the shortage hasn't made things any easier, even Brownells is sold out on a ton of gear that I wouldn't consider popular by any stretch.

Some stores do.
Frick'in Del has seldom left me stranded.
He tells me what I need and sends me to the bank for summore $$.
If what I have on my list isn't in his store, it becomes on his list.
Love the place.
Hayya Del, move yer frick'in store over here yonder..............aye?

Has to do with the distributors, not the retailers. Retailers must pay for anything they sell within a given time. Usually 30 days. COD if they're new. Costs money to have stuff sitting on a shelf. Hornady collets don't sell well enough to have 'em sitting on a shelf.

Del Selin's is a gunshop in Vernon BC.

The people that work in there, take their jobs seriously and are mostly pretty well versed and knowledgeable about firearms and what is available in Canada for them.

Del Selin owns the shop by himself, now that he bought out his partner.

His prices are usually good enough that it doesn't pay to order out of province, or even out of town.

He has a great selection of reloading components as well as some archery components as well.

He sells a normal selection of new and used rifles/shotguns/pistols/ bows.

He carries accessories, mostly for hunting rifles but will bring in just about anything you need or want.

Del and his people, are easy going and will usually, happily explain just about anything they know about.

If you go into the store on Friday, after 3pm or Saturday, all day, don't expect things to happen quickly. They aren't ignoring you or being impolite, they are just that busy.

They carry Leupold scopes and Bushnell. They have both expensive and cheap but adequate mounts.

They also provide a pretty decent gunsmithing service.

Del is one of the commercial advertisers on this site.

By the way, he has a very good selection of obsolete and military brass as well as the more common milsurp ammo in bulk quantities.

Man, I tell you though, I never thought I'd need so much gear when I started or I may have bought my sks a little sooner and a few cases of ammo and bought a range membership with the savings. Ok, need is a strong word for getting stuff like a thumler's tumbler, and a chargemaster 1500 vs my old powder thrower, I could have NOT bought a lot of great gear, but figure I want to enjoy my time in the sport.
My next problem, getting a decent range to shoot at in my area.

One day not that long ago, I was asked to repair an old air rifle.
I called around and couldn't find much info.
Talking to Del and he said to bring it by the next time I was down.
Out comes a drawer with a bunch of kibbles and bits.
Enough pieces to do this project done.
Now I buy a brick of 22 when I go in there.
I consider it a door fee.
Don't forget to look up as well. There is stuff all over there.
If you don't see it, ask as he owns the whole building and has chit
skattered in places you can't see.

Thanks Del and staff.............
