Just got this today :) Very cool little gun - very solid and well-built. Any of you who know me, know I have a taste for compact, short-barrelled semi-autos. This thing is very much my style!

First impressions: the stock locks up very solidly, and is easy to actuate. The controls are intuitive and well-designed, though I'd prefer a wider mag release, to allow it to be more easily pushed by the trigger finger. I'd heard these were heavy, but it doesn't seem that way to me at all. The rail is very solid, as is the integral vertical grip.

I'll go through it in more detail, and answer any questions in the next few days. I should have a range report in the next week or two.

Looks cool.

While I like the M21 on your XCR, I have to say the Famae needs a Hensoldt RSA!!!

I was fiddling around with one at the local shop.

Me and another customer had a pretty hard time getting the stock to fold lol.

Otherwise I wanted it soooo bad.

Although I actually use a c-more on mine. :p

Folding the stock is an acquired skill ;) I had to do it about 12 times in a row for the video and now its easy! Not that the stock has softened or anything, I've just figured out how to grip it right.

Even the regular sized SAF is a riot.

Wayne, don't worry about pushing up or down, just squeeze the stock bars together.

I thinks with a little tinkering that 10rd LAR 15 9mm pistol mags could work. Might require a new or modified mag well but it could be done. Oh and if you do figure it out let me know so I can place my order for one of these gems.

I just checked... 9mm Glock mags DO fit in the magwell, so it's possible someone industrious could convert a Famae to run from Glock mags. The Famae mags are a hair narrower, and a bit longer than the Glock ones.

Guys. Forget the glock mag idea. Try the LAR 15 9mm 10rd pistol mags. They are double feed and the rounds are not stacked at a pistol angle as the mags are an adaptation of the uzi mag. That is where you guys should be looking.
