As others have said your barrel is over indexed , you need a barrel vice to fix this if you plan on using the iron sights.
The barrel and receiver can be properly aligned using a couple straight edges & the front sight and the heel of the receiver .

Mine was underindexed ( under tightened onto the receiver) .
I pulled down on the wrench to move my receiver closer to the barrel , in your case you need to back off the receiver
While looking down the length of the rifle you turn the receiver until the 2 straight edges come into perfect alighnment.
