Well.... 2 inches is indeed cool, but I've always wondered why S&W didn't go with 3" barrels for their shortest revolvers. I've handled a few 3" guns, and they weren't any less handy than traditional snubbys, and 50% more barrel _has_ to make a difference. 5" and 7" is good too...possibly better than 4" and 6".... IMHO, anyway.
