These guys have my vote for Canada's best kept secret. I delt with Renee. Not sure if he is the owner or just an employee but he is very friendly and helpful and more important than that, he had everything I asked for in stock! Prices are very close to USA prices. I purchased a co-ax press along with some other stuff... The downfall is that he currently does not have an Ecommerce website but I hear that is in the works. So for now its a bit of a daunting process calling or emailing then waiting for a quote etc. I suspect that once he gets products listed online his business will explode. Either way, he will be my 1st source for reloading in the future.

and the first thing I notice on his website is he runs reloading courses, that's a big win for beginners.

oops... just read the details, available if you purchase equipment. Still a big win for a beginner.

A good deal on equipment + available courses is a huge win for a beginner. Getting your stuff from the place you're going to learn only makes sense.

"...ships for cheap.." Shipping rates are set by the carrier, not the seller.
"...he runs it out of his garage..." Which is where?

I buy there also. Best prices, and cheap shipping. I am from quebec.

Just have to make sure that all what you asked is in the quote, and that it's also all in the invoice. And then I suggest you follow up on the B/Os or what has not shipped just to make sure that he is keeping those for you and he knows.

I suggested to him that he becomes a site sponsor, but he told me that he is waiting for his website with online purchase to reduce phone calls.

he,s the best. but watch shipping rates outside of Quebec I live 17km from NL, QUEBEC BORDER AND HAVE SEEN VERY LARGE DIFF IN PRICE OUTSIDE QUEBEC.AS MUCH AS 75% MORE ON SHIPPING.I THINK HAZ-MAT FEE BETWEEN SHIPPERS?????

If I charge $5.00 to ship something to a customer, who says I am not paying $72.50? Or maybe $1.32? It's all about customer service. HE charges you for the shipping, not the carrier, so what he charges is up to him. See the difference and why your statement is rather pointless?

It's like saying the manufacturer of an item sets the price, when its totally up to the retailer to set the price, regardless of the MSRP. As business owners don't always pay what we do.

Why am I trying to explain this to sunray? Time to head in the house for a tall glass of single malt I think.

hes the cheapest anyway, really.
I've been buying all from him for a year now. he rocks.
A bit on the lunatic side sometimes though.
