He stripped (rounded) the allen screw that's in front of the front sight securing the retaining nut (can't recall the technical name for it right now).
Because of it's size, it will be a bugger to extract. I'm sure someone has done it though.
I'm sure English is not his first language seeing as how he is in Quebec.

The small set screw on your front sight could be drilled out if your careful. I would. Even better yet, remove the whole flash hider/front sight and put on a better one, a usgi or smith enterprises etc. If you need advise on removal of the flash hider I think there's a video on that somewhere on the interwebs.

I've made a small "easy out" tool with a cheap tringular needle file.
Just break off a but of the pointy tip. Grip with vice grips and slowly turn. The needle files are brittle so go slow turning. A spray of deep creep or other penetrating oil helps too

you can temper down the file by putting it in an oven for 2hrs ... that'll exchange some brittleness for toughness ... say bout 500f, or up the temp if still brittle
Le set screw qui retient la mire avant doit normalement être retirée à l'aide d'une clef Allen de grosseur 1/16 de pouce. Essaie de l'enlever avec un tourne-à-gauche et une perceuse. Si tu n'est pas capable, coupe la avec un Dremel et remplace ton flash hider et ta mire avant avec un model de Smith Enterprise comme précédemment mentioner
