The usual answer, Rayner'shine. As of last week they still had a "bunch", and I believe it is Winchester.

Just throwing this out there, but couldn't you just run 375 H&H brass through a full length 300 H&H resizer die and trim if necessary...??

I would think the 3 and 6 bits brass would be easier to find.....

Not for any 300 H&H I have owned. [4 different firearms]
However, it is good policy to do the necking down in two steps.

I always ran the necks through a 338 Die first, then the FL treatment with the 300 H&H die.

I've never had to ream cases when necking down, but you risk creating measurable variations in neck wall thickness.

The best source brass for forming 300 H&H is 300 Weatherby. It is plentiful and cheap (R-P, PMC, Hornady), and you are not altering the neck at all, only squeezing the taper into the shoulder.
