Read most of the posts. Every blowup I have heard of happened when the ammo was loaded on a progressive. That's why I don't use a progressive.

Looks like there is more flattening and some primer cratering around the firing pin strike on the bad case vs the regular case. (at least to me) Looks like a double load.

Most motor vehicle accidents happen when you drive on the highway - does that mean you don't drive on the highway??? Or perhaps take a little more care when you do???
