I find this grip to be very comfortable, might be a little weird at first, but ultimately it is a similar grip angle to most modern handguns.

One of the best grips I've tried on an AR. It is a bit awkward at first, but really fun to shoot with.

Also, in terms of grip size, how well does it fill the hand? I hate the stock A2 grip. Way too small.

If anyone was on the fence about these grips, don't be. They are awesome. Simplistic in design (and the price reflects that), comfortable to grip and highly modifiable. There are some really nice images out there of folks with really good stippling jobs on their Umbrella Grips.

The company is also great to deal with, even with a all the demand for their products down south they still managed to communicate quickly with me to get one of their hats.

Order placed! Have been debating about trying one so I guess now is the time to jump in. I like the hogue grips I have on my 2 AR's. Hopefully I like the umbrella as much as everyone says I will. If I do them I will have to jump on a black one when they come in as well!

This is really more ergonmically correct than the A2 grip...esp for SBR.
