I would be hesitant with the recoil lug that they use - very weak design for big boomers, good for the lighter recoiling rifles - plus if you get a factory stock brace yourself for the recoil.
If the bolt head measurement is good, then all you'll have to do is put the proper bolt stop in.
Tikka email in Canada is under the Beretta/stoeger name. But don't know if they can help you.
Also, if you are buying the stock/trigger guard from Beretta, its crazy expensive. Stock and trigger guard with mag would be more than a complete new rifle.
There is a site for Tikka fans, Tikkashooters dot com that may have some answers for you.
I like tikkas, had 5 of them - but the aftermarket parts are hard to find and expensive - the T3's I had and tweaked cost me a pile o cash (new stock, stainless recoil lug, bedded the stock, metal trigger guard, bolt handle, aluminum shroud) for minimal gain in accuracy - was cheaper to go buy a 5r or add a couple hun and get a Cooper.
NONE of my Tikkas shot under two inches consistently except the 223. The rest were just average 2-3moa shooters, some which I was able to tweak to 1.5-2 moa shooters. I sent one back to Beretta for their MOA guarantee, but they said rifle was up to spec and sent it back, they do NOT hold that guarantee with handloads, told me that was my problem (yet Cooper only guarantees their 1/2moa accuracy with handloads...go figure!) and that fiasco took 6 months. After that episode out of principal I got rid of my Tikkas except the 223.
As I said I do/did like the Tikkas smooth action, the guns were relatively flawless, very reliable, well placed safety, great trigger, and their plastic mag is one of the best out there. They are a decent buy if you plan to keep as is.
