T97NSR ejector problem

First please forgive me my English is not good.

I got the T97NSR on Monday and today I took it to the range.

Every single shot the shell just stuck in the gun. It doesn't come out and i have to push back the gas system let the shell come out. So any one else have a good advice on how to deal with it? Any feedback will be greatly appreciate.

Set the gas regulator so it points at 1, not the middle 0 position.

0 is off, it's for launching grenades.

LOL... bout sums it up. I was curious what 2 was for also. I assume its for some sort of lighter load or perhaps if the gun was setup with a pistol carbine conversion or something.

I have mine set to the far right (looking from back to front) and it kicks the shells across to the next county. I have it in the middle position and it doesn't cycle. Is the middle position zero? So the far left is one? There is no mention of it in the manual.

1 is for clean conditions

0 prevents any gas from actuating the piston for single shot applications

2 is for adverse conditions when dirt and grime make cycling the action difficult so more gas in necessary

1 ejects at 25 feet in range. 2 ejects at 35-40 feet on mine.

The guy at the range had this issue too before I told him to change the gas setting. Is this not in the user manual?

The manual is so useless，at least not suitable for a beginning shooter

Adjustable regulators are a new thing to a lot of shooters. Especially if their semi-auto experience is limited to ARs, M14s or if this is their first black rifle.

Look close. The numbers are stamped on the switch.

Mine ejects at 2 o'clock. #1 gas setting sends them flying out at a 15 degree angle, #2 sends them at like 30 degrees.
