(ii) the conveyance is a motorboat and the person is hunting migratory birds in accordance with the regulations under the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994 (Canada);

You're so wrong; If there is a bear it is bear country, if there are no houses and no cell phone service then it's the middle of nowhere. Says so right on the map, check it out
 
Does that include electric motors, I wonder?
I would assume so, because it is still a motor, right?
I have a little duck boat with an electric.
Haven't had a bird license in a very long time though.
