Pretty much. According to the importer I get them from; Colt will be switching to these mags as their preferred mag next year. Gotta be good if Colt's dumping someone to pick these.

You should do a prize giveaway. Give one mag to a few people and they will buy more if they like them. Most guys would likely buy 4 more.

Well I most likely would....

You know. Gotta fill the chest rig for those tactical competitions.

Do these work in the T97?

I can't say for sure but I would suspect, no. I have a couple of HERA HLS AR15 lowers and my D&H mags work perfectly but aren't snug until they lock in. I'm guessing these mags will be more like Pmags and will work great in AR rifles etc but not with the tighter T97 magwell dimensions. I could be wrong though and look forward to hearing from someone who's tried them out.

Any Windowed mags coming in?

I know they look cool and I'd go for them too but... look where the window is. Our mags would always look empty even when full at 5 rounds. Unless they make 50 Beuwolf mags then there isn't really any point for us.

On a side note the HERA lowers I have are fantastic. Very high quality and well thought out. They even include a quality SS hex nut screw for the pistol grip. I would suspect the mag design and quality would be good. The only concern I would have is the follower, tilt issues and how does it work in non AR rifle systems? The last one has been a major concern for me and the reason I've never bought Pmags. The Pmag is now at gen3 to get things right.

If the T97 is designed to take AR mags, why wouldn't it fit?

I picked up a few from Freedom Ventures the other week and they are a really nice high quality magazine. I had to modify them for my Tavor because of the the "pmag gen 2 style". They functioned very well and I like how they come apart by just pushing out a clip at the base. My only complaint is that due to the way they are pinned you can't insert a mag fully loaded on a closed bolt. Overall I really like them, definitely worth trying out.
