Potential new world record moose out of Yukon

Is there anything more Canadian (hunting-wise) than shooting a moose with a .303 British?

Good for him and isn't it interesting he shot it with that old .303. Again it sure proves being a good shot is important and the .303 is adequate in most circumstances.

Huge moose, I wonder what the green score was? The spread is impressive, but certainly not a deciding factor in final score.

Done the right way, up close and personal.
I hope it reminds a few that you don't need the "6.5 needmor chambering" with a 6-24 scope with rangefinding for that elusive 850 yard shot.
