How should I lubricate my SKS after cleaning? Do I need to use any kind grease on the bolt or is light oil or wd-40 good enough?
Thanks in advance,

I like to run my SKS as dry as possible. The trigger group and the springs get a light spray of Remoil, but everything else.. Might get oil for protection but it gets wiped off and you wanna keep your gas tube/piston CLEAN.. While I oil them for storage, I wipe it off WELL before shooting (crud accumulates).

WD40 works better as a grease cleaner/remover than as a lubricant. I use an oily cloth and handwipe all parts to prevent rust once done cleaning. I do not oil or grease the fp or bolt. Pay closest attention to the gas assembly to be cleaned and a light film of lubricant to prevent rust.
