T97 Feeding Issue

Just got the new T97 the other day and decided to take it to the range today. It came with the E-Lander M16 5.56 Nato 5/30 Round Mag from Wolverine Supplies. Luckily I brought my Rem700R 308 with me otherwise it would have been a wasted day. My T97 seems to have a feeding issue despite buying another different Mag (generic) and using Ammo from three different manufacturers. Got the first shot out but nothing after that. Does anyone else have/had feeding issues?

Any mags that are guaranteed to work? Any potential adjustments that can be made?
 
This has nothing to do with the gas system. The round will not feed at all when the charging lever is pulled.

The bullets were full metal jackets.
 
My initial guess was the gas system as well, it has 0,1&2 settings... I would have guessed yours was on 0...

But, if that is not the case, then it could be the mag you used?

Mine runs fine with the LAR15 mags, about 1/2 of them drop free.

Is the charging level moving all the way back?

My charging lever will not go all the way back if safety is on.
 
I fixed the problem by bending the magazine's cartridge holder arms about a mm higher. She feeds properly now.

She was in fire mode the whole time. I figured out the charging handle does not go all the way back while in safety with the first handling.
