Viking MP-446 Holster

Hey guys,

First time poster here - I joined the forum about three months ago looking for info on where to find top quality sporting holsters for my then shiny new Viking MP-446.
For those of you familiar with this gun you may well know the difficulty in getting accessories for this fantastic piece of Russian hardware; in particular holsters.
(And I'm not talking about that piece of Fobus junk which seemed to be the only holster that fit it).

I jumped back on today to share something I found today whilst trawling through Russian web pages looking for holsters and stumbled onto these guys:

(I know it's not showing the viking there but it states clearly that there is a variant made SPECIFICALLY for the Viking).

I'm not sure if any of you guys had as much trouble locating a holster of decent quality as I did - the only ones I could find were the cheap shonky fobus holster and some no name leather one from interammo.

But I thought I'd come back and share this for anyone else who ended up in my position of not being able to find a competitive holster for this gun. (FYI: If you try googling holsters for this gun this holster doesn't show up for some strange reason. Weird right?)

The leather holsters from site sponsor Interammo are made in Russia by Burs (so now you know the name).

This post shows the ones I bought for the Tokarev pistols, which will be pretty much the same as for the Viking, except Viking-shaped.

Keen to see how it goes - from the video reviews the quality and build seems to be on par with the likes of Blade-Tec.

Yeah - I strongly considered those ones as they seemed to be of decent quality but I was really chasing something for IPSC. (I only meant to imply that the Fobus holster was junk, didn't know enough about the Burs holsters to comment).

The one I ended up buying was the Amadini Ghost Stinger - I wanted a holster that I can drop off and adjust the camber on so unfortunately the leather ones didn't fit the bill.

It's probably not popular enough to stock in Canada - plus the holster itself it a pain to find on the net on a good day. I had to set my google to russian before I found it (I figured Russian Pistol, maybe Russia makes IPSC holsters for it).

If you contact the dealer they might do an order for you - if not you can always buy from an international dealer like http://www.ipscstore.eu/.
