Need some help with a scope base for a savage 93 GL

Hey everybody, I can't find scope bases for my 22 mag anywhere! It's like there is no such thing as bases for it! I need a scope for it cause the comb hurts the cheek bone with open sights, or if I could find a ridiculously high front sight that'd be nice too...Let me know guys, thanks! Oh or if any other savage models are interchangeable with the 93? Thanks again!

Two number 16 weaver bases should be all ya need. find em about everywhere gun accessories are sold - 4.99 each usually. See base just ahead of this custom installed peep - look close and read number 16.

EGW makes a nice one piece rail. You can order directly from EGW, but shipping is cheaper through brownells.
Weaver 2 piece bases are good as well, I find the scope can usually be mounted lower with them.

Number 16"s will work or 19"s or 25"s but the correct number are 21's they are scaled to fit the narrow receiver .

I'm not a savage guy, just bought it cause it was south paw but are those all model numbers of their different guns?

Get number 16 - Savage puts them on Model 93s from the factory. Use the drop down menu here and select Savage then find Model 93 - http://www.weaveroptics.com/mountcharts/
