Hi guys, just thought I would mention that when changing to a new Iphone 5s (from an Iphone 4), the data that is saved on the ISnipe app is not automatically transferred. Strange eh!?
All the other ballistic apps just swihched over thier data with no data loss.

I hope "BC code" sees this and maybe updates the program to facilitate this data transfer.

I snipe is still my favorite ballistic app though. It works great for me!

Hope this information can help in some way.

lol iphone

you would not have this problem with an open source phone :)

Another I phone hater! Thats "unique"!
I just dont get that! Lol!

It is a program that works very well and is produced by a fellow gunnutz member (bcCode).

If you actually "read" my post, you will notice that all the other programs transferred thier saved data just fine.

Gmwebs:

What kind of ballistic program do you use for your phone?

DOH! I haven't launched iSnipe on my 5s as yet. Guess I'll have to reenter my data... oh wait, I already wiped my old phone and handed it back to the office. Damn it!

I just hate on Iphone and apple because apple treats their users like children(you can only use apps we approve), overcharge for everything(new charger is not micro usb) and hold back technology to improve user experience (micro sd). Add that to the horrible mapping technology and poor security (fingerprint reader was hacked first day 5s came out) and I believe that is enough reason to hate apple.

Also I'm in Vancouver, can't shoot long range, but I do have a BC called strelok downloaded, have not used it yet.

I'm not bringing my Galaxy S4 to the range anymore. Bought an Applied Ballistics Kestrel! It was $700 but worth it in my opinion. At least I'll have no worries if it starts raining.

Says the guy who bought 14 Sightron scopes lol

i use strelock pro ($5 i think) and also have shooter ($30) on my galaxy nexus. Nice thing about droids if you can get the apps on a torrent to try them out then actually pay for them in the play store if you think its worth it. Support the devs if you like it. The strelock developer makes changes to the app all the time and is very open to suggestions on improving it. i sent him an email asking him to add in the option of using temp in Celsius while keeping all other units in imperial. sent back an email in 2hrs said he will work on it and in 2 days app updated and boom. there it was.

does strelock work? i think so, got me on target from 500+ yds with a .223 with a wind call shooting 45grn.ers, so yeah i think its alright. not really seeing the point of paying $25 more dollars for the other app for a few more features.

I have used every ballistic app available for the Iphone and they all work fine.
But ISnipe just works better for me.

I used it many times to get me on target at 1760 yards with 3 different calibers.
