I need to tap the brain trust that is CGN! It's a 10 rnd .22 mag. Absolutely no markings inside or out.

Don't recognize it except: the cut out in the middle strongly suggests mid level/trigger guard height push button mag release. That eliminates quite a few Berreta models and a bunch of walthers with the heel release. Bit of a guess here but the way the mag is pushed in on the right side suggests that this is a reduced profile/repurposed mag. Might have originally been a 25 auto or 32 auto design and then reduced for a 22 cal version to keep costs down instead of doing a full redesign.

Maybe ? The mag base pin placement is off but the grooving on the front of the base plate is similar. Llama was known to make 22, 25,32, small frame guns. If not them I'd guess Fie, Star, or one of the other Spanish makers.

Interesting analysis! Great observations too. Although I don't think it was altered it is definitely a .22 and has a milled steel follower. I'll scan the Spanish photos too. If I nail it down I'll let you guys know! Thanks.

Things are starting to lean toward a STAR .22 magazine based on the angle but I can't find a pic of an exact match. That's what I'm hoping it is. It seems a bit long too, at 4.25".
I agree with Star Model F in 22 LR. I just measured the RH side of the magazine body, from the top of the cutout for the mag release to the top of the mag platform, about 1.55 inches. And the overall of 4.25 is pretty much identical to mine as well. Mine has no markings either btw.

Edit: Mine is the Model F (4.25" barrel), but it should also fit the Model FR Sport (6" barrel) as well.
