C#7.22 cal (possibly)

Just a heads up - there is a C#7 up for auction 20 Oct in Hudson QC ( 3190 Harwood, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC ) through Hudson Auctions. They have a very poor picture of it but it could certainly be a real one with its transit box and cleaning rod included. I won't be going so it's up to someone else to rescue it.

If anyone does go it would be nice to know if it was a real one or a made up.

I'd trade a pretty any day of the week for an actual no7. Spent many evenings as a cadet with one.

Many a Saturday back in the 70's with 2618 RMRangers was spent with the Cno7's. Great formative years spent with a couple of members on this site.

Spent hours in Clinton Collegiate Institute gymnasium shooting one. Target holder was a 3' X 4' wheeled backstop and target holder with ten-test in front of steel plate. I don't think anyone ever missed the backstop. Can imagine the uproar if we tried to do that now.
