At 1:55 it looks like she drops the bolt with her trigger finger. It looks much faster and smoother than having to slingshot the bolt itself. Can someone point me towards the bolt release I need to be able to do that?

That is were the Dlask "ak" style mag release using the slap chop method really comes into it's own
I have just the workout routine to solve that for her.
(this vid really show how much faster AR's are to reload.......(ducking from the red rifle crowd!)
Well with the comparitave lack of stopping power one would have to reload quite a bit I'd imagine.
