Just popping in to say what great customer service I got from Wanstall's on a recent transaction.

I ordered a North American Arms M1860 “The Earl” mini revolver, and received it quickly and well-packaged (with some other gear). Cleaned it up and checked it out, then took it to the range to test. In two dozen rounds it pierced a primer and jammed up, so I contacted them and was given a return shipping label to return to them. In a week of receiving it they had sent out a replacement, which arrived speedily and has now tested out to be working very smoothly.

This thread in the Pistols Forum is my review of the Earl.

Glad to hear the replacement got there okay and we're always happy to help out and take care of our customers. We missed your thread in the jumble until just now, but we were hoping it'd get there in good time. Most of us at the shop think they're a hoot so we're glad your review seems to say you like yours too.

Oh yes, really fun gun. Seriously, there's some people at your store who *don't* think the Earl is a hoot and a half? Names, please, so we can shun them.

Had Earl out to the range again yesterday. Tried for a bit at 25m, and let's say I'm not ready for prime time (probably Earl never will be, if I'm honest).

Hey, this is my first heater that has a name (always felt that was silly: giving your gun a name). Why did it have to be a boys' name?

Asked them to hold shipment of my T97 and they obliged and shipped 2 days prior to my arrival back in country--great service and I will have an early Christmas present Monday! thanks,
