O/U 12ga. for waterfowl?

Echo... An O/U is fine for waterfowl or any other scattergunning... What general area are you hunting in Dusty?

Mostly around Northumberland County.

I used pump,had sxs at one point of time then semi-a.but nothing beats O/U IMO.
I use sporting shotgun that use for trap, easiest to aim anp point to me.

I asked the area because a young fellow , named Dusty, asked me the same question the other day, and I had referred him to CGN... I thought it would be too flukey if you were one in the same.

Two weeks ago I enjoyed a 74 bird morning with a few companions. I was shooting a side by side, a friend was shooting an over/under, a new kid was shooting a 20 ga. single shot, and my son used a pump. We all killed our share of birds. Snow geese, Lesser Canadas, Ross', Mallards, and Pintails. Steel 3's and 2's, and Bismuth 1's. All 2-3/4" shells. We each killed what we hit within reasonable range.
Shoot what you like, call them in close, and have fun!

Yes that would be quite flukey! Different people though.
