HK MR223A1 Upper

Hey CGN!

Quick question, does anyone know a way to obtain an HK MR223A1 OR HK USA MR556A1 (complete) upper? I asked two dealers, and was told, "No". Just curious if anyone else knew of a way to obtain said upper.

I'm still confused about how IR guns works, bring that they are a US Based company.

Easy...follow the directions on their US site (it's set up for Canadians). Then just sit back and wait. IRG will transfer the upper from their US holding to the Canadian side. Then (after about a month) you'll get a second invoice (first was paying for the upper on the US site in US funds). The second is for GST and shipping to your residence (in CDN funds). Pay that and they ship it to you...easy peasy.

Might be cheaper to buy from HKUSA webshop and have IRG import as it seems to be about $600 cheaper than IRG lists it for. Even with the import fee you'll save.

I tried that, but was told that HK DE does not part out the rifle and that they do not deal with HK USA.

I'll save up and buy from IR and mate it with an ATRS lower.
