Some entities can buy them in Canada. In short, it's funny market and Marstar probably knows 99% of the buyers by name....

If Russian goods can't enter a US port on a boat how pray tell would they be able to bring them to Canada and then ship them to the US. So I would guess they go someplace else.
When you check out the facebook pages you can see a few pictures of the Russian woman that came in on the ship also.

Too bad there isn't something us normal people can use in the order.
