All I know is my buddy got a silver reserve last year. after about 500 rounds one of the barrels doesn't fire. Something to do with the firing pin. This is not an isolated incident either, just google it.
It also kicks the crap out of your cheek bone for some reason.

My advice is, STAY AWAY
If you want a nice O/U save up and spend $2000-$3000

From everyone i know, they are not worth buying, IMHO they are junk and cheap for a reason.

Run, don't walk away. If you don't want to spend a whack of cash, the CZ (Huglu) line of guns since 2008 are quite decent for the cost.

If you were going to buy a budget ou I would look into the CZ or Russian ones

I had one that I got rid of after about 300 rounds, damn thing would break itself open between shots!
There are others out there that are better used than the silver reserve is new!

Its pretty disappointing that moss berg would come out with a product with so many problems. Have used their other shotguns for years and had no problems ever.

It is made by Kahn in Turkey. But still likely to Mossberg's specs and price point.
