So I go into bass pro then other week. Notice they have the ruger BX mags. Forgot my wallet in the truck

Made my way back there the other day. All the mags were pulled by the RCMP LOL

moral of the story

When u c something that's just a once in a lifetime opportunity. Just grab it wen if you have to ask a total stranger to "pay it forward " and lend you some cash
 
Pretty sad, apparently the best mag ever made for the 10/22 and its the only mag for the 10/22 that we can't have. I want to hear what the RCMP says about the BX-25-2 thingy that Hical is selling. Its expensive but if its OK by the RCMP and works as good as the BX-25 is said to then I might buy one.
 
Save 65 bucks and buy the hc3r, or spend almost as much an have two mags,
45 rounds on the mag with 20 on a stripper clip = 65 rounds or 130 for two mags compared to having only 50 rounds on one mag.
Or buy the mag and three extra stipper clips for $55 and have 105 rounds and save $40+
 
I did the latter, bought the Hc3r mag, and wished I'd had my money back. I've got a grand total of no times it's worked properly without constantly jams, FTF and other issues.

Really? I've had nothing but fantastic performance from my Hc3r mag other than me being a putz and getting rounds jammed while loading it. Once i have it loaded up as per the instructions included with it i have zero issues.
 
I believe it was I heard they were available in Vaughan.

What happens with the people who bought them? It is a prohibited device.....

Same thing if I drill the rivets out of my mags...no cops would be knocking down my door, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be 'caught' with them.

However, in this case.. you think your average RCMP knows the difference between a BX25, BC 25 rounder, TI 25 rounder, or ???. Unlikely. Also it would be difficult to prove mens rea, considering they were bought at a Canadian store!
 
The hc3r mags are garbage. Had them and ended up shooting them with my Benelli super nova. To many effing moving parts and dooo dads. And yes it was the Vaughan store. I swear I should've just cleaned them out.
