What is the most accurate twist rate for the xcr barrels in .223?

Depends what .223 ammo you use, 1/9 for light bullets and 1/7 for heavier bullets.

I'm getting about 2moa with bulk federal 55 gr FMJ. Haven't had a chance to try any premo ammo or hand loads yet.

Edit - at first I was using Remington UMC 55gr and was getting 5-6 moa. I was very disappointed haha but I've never seen such a wide spread difference in ammo types at 100 yards but hey, I guess my rifle is just picky

Some rifles are, not just Robarms. I've been running Norc stuff through my L for a bit now and it works good for hitting steel.

nah i get that weird #### with my tavor as well, bulk federal is like 6 moa, even expensive boat taqils are 4-5 moa, the only stuff that it will shot at 2-3 moa is the vmax or zombie max stuff, thats what I've been using ever since.

My xcr loves Remington UMC ammo it shoots about 2.5 to 3 inch groups with it at 100 meters

I bought a crap load of Selliet & Bellot in 55gr FMJ and my XCR that has a 1/9 twist, seems to eat it pretty good. Accuracy wise I can't say haven't really tried it to 100 yards but to 50 yards its pretty tight group.
