Shotgun stuff is not covered under ITAR & this would be legal in Canada if used with a pump action... as they offer with a Maverick 88

So you could go across the border and bring it back :)
 
its just the old Knoxx stock sidewinder kit
knoxx now Blackhawk, stoped making it as they could not get it to work right, wonder if the new maker has fixed all the issues

You need to modify that statement because some shotgun items are covered under ITAR, that would include shotguns and items not designed for sporting use, certain amount of confusion occurs since they could have a dual purpose use, one of the reasons why we are not being flooded by SBS variants of commercial made shotguns...
