My CORE is in the mail.... should be here in a few days and was just shopping for optics.
Did you go for 3 or 7MOA?

just ran out to the range and got back, really liking the new optics!!!!

its gonna take some getting use too but so far its real nice, totally different ballgame!
im glad i finally kicked out the cash for one, ive been sitting on this CORE for a couple months now and going back and forth about getting the optics, finally took the plunge!

So far I haven't found a holster that goes past the front sites yet, but I haven't looked hard either.
I know it does not work well in either of my 2 bladetech's or my Blackhawk.

I was just gonna start looking into finding one for it, I'll let you know if I find anything.

Nice choice ;)

S&W is over a year backordered on the CORE's now...

I carry mine daily in a RCS holster. -- I needed to trim a bit of polymer to fit the DeltaPoint but no issues on the sights -- of course I got the holster for a threaded barrel & suppressor sights.

bro, i think your gun may need a cycle of penicillin, hehe
what did you do sit there with a lighter and a hot paperclip and do that by hand??
ive been considering doing the same but i was leaning towards just putting some skate board grip paper on.

Nice, same as what I am thinking. With the 7 it is a "Delta" right? how sharp is the triangle?

ya its the delta.
the triangle isnt that shard at all, in fact i didnt even notice it was a triangle until i read the manual and it said it was, haha, now that i know its a triangle i notice it.

Do you wear glasses like bifocals? Cause I am having a big issue trying to see any sights with handguns and have to have scopes on all my rifles.

no bifocals..... yet
just blind as a bat.
ya i shoot glass on all my long guns as well got he same reason as you.
but i have no problem seeing the red dot on the Deltapoint.

what i found really neat is how it changes automatically for the light condition you are in.
if you are outside and its sunny (like it was yesterday at the range) it was bright and easy to see.
then last night when i was cleaning the gun and playing with it in my shop it was pretty dark and the red dot auto dialed itself down to a nice dim dot which was easy to see.
upon thinking about it having a screaming bright dot when its dark would not work, so someone at Luepold actually put a lot of thought into that.
