Hey guys. I impulse bought a new glock... and this is coming from an M&P.
Any suggestions on what all would be nice for a glock in terms of accessories?
or mods?

as far as mods, I like to dremel the lump at the bottom of the trigger guard that digs into my middle finger, thin that entire area and make it nice and smooth if the trigger guard bugs you, gives you a bit more room on the grip

A holster, mag pouch, spare mags, then: Extended slide release (if you use it) - extended mag release (if you can't reach it) - grip adapter (if the grip bugs you) but before that, decent sights (steel ones) a few thousand rounds and a few days working it out.

About the only thing you really need with a Glock is a mag loader. The factory one works fine. That 10's round can be a PITA some days.

Heinie or Novak rear sight if you want more high profile, fibre optic front if you want higher vis.

Check out glockstore for tons of other goodies to drool over.

I got 3 mags with the glock.
As for sights im currently looking for a HiViz front sight for the glock.
My M&P has one and I love it more then anything :)
Gonna check out glockstore right now :)

EDIT: I have 1000 rounds sitting here behind me for it :)

I've got some hi-viz fiber optic sights off of my glock 17 that you could buy, pm me if interested.

what is the must have steel sights for a glock? no bs, no fiber optic crap, just some good//awesome steel combat sights like the ones I got on my HK from Factory...

Seriously, which ones?
???

Smith & Wesson sights, trigger, springs, barrel, handgrips, frame, magazine, case, holster, loader.

I'm sorry to hear about your terrible accident. I hope you make a full recovery from your terrible head injury.

LMAO go ahead flame me, ya Glock bastids!!!

Nothing wrong with the plastic sights that come with the Glock. Unless you are going to carry it there's no need to change it out to steel. For the majority of us, it's a range gun and I highly doubt if a lot of people break these off and I sure haven't yet. FO is nice, I have them on my M&P Pro series. Accessories, get yourself some 10/17 mags, 3.5# connector and a extended slide release and lots of ammo.

This question really depends on your intended use.

Extended mag release is about the only thing I would recommend without hesitation. That, and lots of ammo.

You haven't even shot the gun and you want to do mods? Why not shoot it for a while then let that dictate how you wanna mod it out vs what everyone else is doing? Just a suggestion.

Cheers!!

Quoted for truth. I like mine just the way it is. I did bang up my rear sight in the case when it made contact with another gun. Still works, but I'll eventually replace it to appease my OCD.
